Daily Effective Circulation = The average number of Adults(18 yrs +) passing and potentially exposed to an advertising display each day subject to an Illumination Factor(12 Hrs - non-illuminated face(6:00 AM - 6:00 PM) or 18 Hrs - illuminated face(6:00 AM - Midnight)).
